Following a teaser on social media which was outed a few days ago, Huawei's arm in India is now sending out press invites for a big unveiling on April 24. On that occasion, the P20 Pro will be announced for the subcontinent, and it will apparently be joined by the P20 lite, but not the P20.
With its three rear cameras, the P20 Pro really took the mobile world by storm this year, delivering excellent performance even in low-light scenarios. While it is impressive, don't expect this smartphone to be anything but cheap, as it retails for €899 elsewhere. That currently translates into INR 73,153, by the way. To get yourself prepared for the launch, why not read our P20 Pro review? Alternatively, watch our thoughts on it in video form.
The P20 lite, on the other hand, is the entry-level model in the new family, sporting the P20 name even though it's practically just a mid-ranger. This device will clearly take the majority of sales from the two, betting on notch lovers who don't have the budget to splurge for a P20 Pro.
