Toshiba's solution to file and network sharing problems under Vista.

　1. Open "Computer" => "Control Panel" in turn, and set "Network Discovery" and "File Sharing" to enabled in the "Network and Sharing Center" dialog box Status

　2. Open "Windows Firewall" in the Control Panel, and in the settings dialog box that opens, select "Allow programs through Windows Firewall"

　3. In the opened "Windows Firewall" Select the "Exceptions" tab in the "Firewall Settings" dialog box, check "File and Printer Sharing", "Core Network", "Network Discovery"

4. If necessary, you can use "ooVista", in " Select the "Service Optimization Wizard" on the "Performance Enhancement" tab and check "This computer uses a local area network".
