The method to delete USB devices under Lenovo notebook Vista system is as follows:

1. First connect and insert the USB device and a prompt will appear.

2. At the same time, an icon appears in the system tray.

3. After using the USB device, when uninstalling and deleting the USB device, right-click the system tray icon to prompt.

4. Use the left mouse button to click Safely Remove Hardware and a pop-up dialog box will appear.

5. Select the USB device to be deleted from the hardware devices and click Stop.

6. Click OK. A prompt will pop up after clicking OK.
